                          The Frozen Dilemma

One glorious summer day, two kids, Mia and Ashley, were walking to their destinations. By coincidence, the places they were walking to were buildings next to each other. They were both going the same route.
The two kids were walking along when they realized they were not going in the right direction. They found themselves in a dark alley downtown New York City. It was dark and gloomy, but thankfully Mia had a flashlight. “Oh great! Now I’ll never get my ice sculpture done!” exclaimed Ashley
“Where are you going?” said Mia.
“To my ice sculpting class. You see, I take classes at The Ice Sculpting Studio next to the ballerina studio,”  she said with pride. “ We had to make an ice sculpture that we had to turn in today!”  she continued. “ I was going to get at the class early so that I could make my sculpture and…”
“Wait!” Mia interrupted. “ I’m going to that ballerina studio next to the ice sculpting place for my classes” said Mia.
“Wow, what a coincidence!” said Ashley. “As I was saying, everyone has to make an ice sculpture for our homework this week. I was going to get at classes early so that I could do mine before class. Now that I’m lost, I’ll never get it done!” said Ashley.
Mia thought for a minute. She wanted to go to her class and hang with her friends and go to a sleepover after, but maybe she should help Ashley with her sculpture. I want her to be my friend but I guess to make a friend, you have to be one. “I’ll help you make your sculpture at the studio and it will get done faster.” said Ashley.
“Gee, thanks Ashley! Do you want to come over to my house after our classes?”
“Sure!” So Mia and Ashley finally found their way to the ice sculpting studio and together, they made the sculpture.
